One Day.

Of all the years, amidst the fears,
A drift the unknown,as metal turns brown,
There comes a day, that you will pray,
As you cry,and pain pry's,
Pounces and strikes your heart.

As you watch me lie there motionless.

Remember the jokes,and pokes.
The hidden anger,the days asunder.
The intimate moments,monthly ailments.
Were just but a preparation for this day of hurt.

Gone i will be,will you talk about me?

Don't mourn at length, preserve the strength,
You'll need it,as i get lowered to the pit.
I hope you never, regret anything we did together,
Those are past days, this is just, One day.

MISS YOU

Moseh! Psst! You!
I long to hear you do that once more.
You always made me laugh through your angelic manners.
You triggered thoughts of no stop by simple whispers.

"Blow my face," you requested as we sat by the couch.
It would make you smile with humble pride.
That's how you held back the pain and swept my fear.

The stories you told us of divinity and others of humeric creativity.
I miss staring into your eyes as you narrated amidst the discomfort.
Worry some us and brave you transformed me too.

Mr.BOSS no day goes by when i don't think of you.
You really were a part of me and will always be.

RE-KINDLED

Slide after slide,photo after photo.
Every minute of that moment together, flashes back.
I missed some,forgive me for calling grey,black.
I was time blind for I was in denial of your state.

That, smile that your cracking through the storm of pain.
That, motion you make with your eyes, momentarily shifting fate.
That, song from your heart to make her smile, pain drain.
Then, that still picture of rare beauty you pose for mother.

Re-living the past,in present memories.

I still feel that gust of sorrow, tears sweep my soul, silently.

Looking at you now,my young, amazing, sweet, wonderful nephew.
These photos, this clip, that vivid memory of your life with us.

Until i too depart and wax out from the sun,i shall never blow your candle.

Rest In My Heart.
